LCMS Principal Update May 22

Dear LCMS Bobcat Family and Friends and Future Bobcat Family and Friends:

Both the Senior Graduation and the Grade 8 Formal were well attended and well done. I want to personally thank the hard work of the Grade 8 staff as well as Conner Waldron, Laura Watkins, and Natalie Watterson for their leadership and vision in this year's Grade 8 Formal. Our students had a fantastic time! They were dressed so elegantly, and the cafeteria was transformed into a Red Carpet event.

On another note, the Glow Party that is hosted by the PTA has been rescheduled for Monday, May 23 from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Students should directly report the cafeteria after school. Prizes will be handed out during the party.

We still have some availability for students to attend the STEM I and STEM II Academy. If your child is interested, please make sure to have him or her fill out the application. Applications should be sent to either the middle school or emailed to chenlc@lcps.k12.va.us no later than Thursday, May 26.

As always, please feel free to contact me at chenlc@lcps.k12.va.us if you have questions, concerns, or anything that you would like to share. The following are some important updates and announcements.
